Prospect Research should be the first step for a nonprofit starting up a grants program. Through thorough Prospect Research, I identify the potential number of funders aligned to your mission, and from there we can determine if grants are right for you.

Established nonprofits can revitalize their grants program through the targeted and in-depth Prospect Research I offer. Unearthing vetted new leads in the public and private domains can re-energize your grants team and up their win rate.
After a discovery meeting, I conduct research for program/project, general operating, or capacity building prospects as appropriate, using multiple research databases, and submit this Research in a format that is easy to use and understand. The dashboard deliverable includes Funder name, deadline(s), suggested Ask amount, website link (if available), and notes. Detail sheets include contact information, officers/directors, full detail on past giving, and links to 990s.
